A Premium Soil Amendment for In-Ground Gardens

Kellogg Garden Organics All Natural Garden Soil for Flowers & Vegetables is designed to be mixed with your native soil for in-ground planting. This nutrient-rich formula has added rice hulls and gypsum to help loosen compacted clay soil, which makes the work in your garden easier. It also improves soil drainage, so water can reach plant roots and your flowers and vegetables grow stronger.

Adding a nutrient-rich garden soil like this to your native soil helps with better water penetration, which means you may water less often during the growing season. Like all Kellogg products, it is safe for people and pets to be in contact with, and no protective gloves or garments are needed because there are no harmful synthetic chemicals.

How to Use All Natural Garden Soil

  1. For New In-Ground Plantings: Mix All Natural Garden Soil with your native soil at a 50:50 ratio in the planting hole. One 1 cu. ft. bag transplants 2 one-gallon plants.
  2. To Prepare a Flower or Vegetable Bed: Spread All Natural Garden Soil over the bed and work it into the top few inches of native soil. One 1 cu. ft. bag amends about 6 sq ft.
  3. For Bedding Plants and Groundcover: Mix into the planting area at the same ratio. Water in well after planting.
  4. Feed Through the Season: Pair with Kellogg Garden Organics All Purpose Fertilizer for general feeding, or Tomato, Vegetable & Herb Fertilizer for edible crops.
